JF-M20A Series Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger

The removable plate heat exchanger consists of numerous stamped corrugated thin plates arranged at certain intervals, sealed with gaskets around the perimeter, and compressed by a frame and tightening bolts. The four corner holes of plates and gaskets form distribution and collecting pipes for fluids, separating hot and cold fluids properly. The fluids flow through channels on each side of the plates and exchange heat via the plates. Removable plate heat exchangers are easy to inspect and clean. They have different application scenarios from brazed plate heat exchangers and serve as a reasonable complement.
